Short version: we collect what you give us, use it to understand your sales system and talk with you about it, and never sell it or share your answers. The long version is still short.
THE ASSESSMENT
Your answers to eleven questions, the optional sentence you write, the role and challenge you select, and the scores that come out. If you unlock your full breakdown, your work email is attached to those results. If you don’t, your answers aren’t tied to you; we may record your score and band with nothing identifying you.

What you put in the form: name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, and your answers about your background.
BOOKING A CALL
Your name, email, and what you tell us about why you’re booking. Calls run on Cal Video and may be transcribed. We say so at the start of the call, and you can ask us not to.
VISITING THE SITE
The basic technical data every website receives: pages viewed, the page that referred you, and your browser type.
We use it to understand where your sales system stands and to decide whether a follow-up makes sense. If it does, one of us emails you personally. We send the Brief to people who asked for it, and we review and answer partner applications. We also build benchmarks from assessment scores combined across many companies, with nothing that identifies you or your company.
• We don’t sell or rent your information.
• We don’t share your individual answers outside MXL, including with your investors or your board, unless you ask us to.
• We don’t put you into automated email sequences.
• We don’t use your answers to train AI models.
• We don’t run advertising trackers.
A small set of providers, each doing one job:
• Framer hosts this site and its forms.
• Cloudflare receives form submissions and passes them to our CRM.
• Attio is our CRM, where contact records and assessment results live.
• Cal.com runs scheduling and video calls.
• Google Workspace runs our email.
• YouTube hosts the videos in Resources.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
Contact records and assessment results stay in our CRM while there’s a working reason to have them: a conversation, an engagement, a subscription. Form submissions also pass through Cloudflare’s logs, which clear on a rolling basis. Ask us to delete your record and we will.
Unsubscribe from the Brief from any issue, or by emailing us. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
We don’t add advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Embedded tools, like the scheduler on the booking page and the videos in Resources, may set their own cookies when you use them.
Information travels encrypted, and access is limited to the people who run MXL. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects you, we’ll tell you.
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed at anyone under 16. MXL Partners is a US company; your information may be processed in the United States and wherever our providers operate. If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top.
